What the government has to say about months-long subsidies

Notably, the government has stopped LPG subsidy for the last several months. Due to which the cooking budget of poor middle class families was disrupted. For the first few months after the subsidy difference came into the bank account, the government gradually stopped it. Now it seems that the government has taken a big decision in this regard.

According to sources, the government may take two sides on LPG cylinders. The first option would be for the government to continue providing cylinders without subsidies. Another option would be for the government to provide subsidy to some people. In which there will be an income rule of 10 lakh rupees. This means that those with an annual income of more than Rs 10 lakh will not get the subsidy. Although this is still being heard, nothing definite has been said about it.
